Katie Covington is the President-Elect of the National HEPCAMP Association and Director of the Wake Tech HEP Program in Raleigh, NC. She has been with the HEP program for the past 21 years, most of which she spent in the role of HEP Instructor/Coordinator. She has experience teaching online and developing curriculum for the Wake Tech HEP Online course in Moodle and Blackboard. She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies and earned her Master of Education in Training & Development from NC State in 2020. She speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently.
