National HEP/CAMP Association Scholarship awards are for students who: earned an HSE (high school equivalency) through a HEP program AND are enrolled in an institution of higher education (IHE) or other post-secondary education or training programs.
Scholarship awards are $1000 per student, up to two students per program, per calendar year.
To be eligible for the HEP/CAMP Association Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1) Have earned an HSE (high school equivalency) through a HEP program within TWO years of the application date.
2) Be enrolled in an institution of higher education (IHE) or other post-secondary education or training program and provide proof of enrollment (more details on this can be found under the What you Will Need section below.

1) DIRECTOR APPROVAL
Program directors must sign the Student Recommendation and Approval Form. Without it, the application will not be considered official or complete.
2) ENGLISH LEARNING PROGRAMS
Students enrolled in ESL/ELL programs or intensive English learning programs with the sole purpose of learning English will not be considered for the competition, unless such courses are requirements for certificate/degree-seeking programs.
3) INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS
Applications missing supporting documentation will not be considered for the current competition. However, once missing items are received, the application will be saved for consideration for the next competition.
HEP/CAMP Scholarship competitions are conducted three times per year under the following application deadlines:
