National HEPCAMP Association Scholarship

National HEP/CAMP Association Scholarship awards are for students who have earned an HSE (high school equivalency) through a HEP program AND who are enrolled in an institution of higher education (IHE) or other post-secondary education or training program.

Please note:

​

HEP graduates that are enrolled in a CAMP program are not eligible for this scholarship.

 

The essay portion of the application will be accepted if written in the student's native language.

Student Eligibility

Have earned an HSE (high school equivalency) through a HEP program within THREE years of the application date.

Be enrolled in an institution of higher education (IHE) or other post-secondary education or training program and provide proof of enrollment (more details on this can be found under the Other Criteria section below).

Only THREE (3) applicants per HEP Program will be accepted per calendar year (January-December).

Program directors must sign the Student Recommendation and Approval Form. Without it, the application will not be considered official or complete.

English Learning Programs

Students enrolled in ESL/ELL programs or intensive English learning programs with the sole purpose of learning English will not be considered for the competition, unless such courses are requirements for certificate/degree-seeking programs.

Incomplete Applications

Applications missing supporting documentation will not be considered for the current competition. However, once missing items are received, the application will be saved for consideration for the next competition.
